Dayang Nurfaizah threw an appreciation dinner party to her loyal fans and supporters last Friday at Bangsar Seafood Garden Restaurant.
DN Fans enjoyed invaluable time sharing, phototaking, joking and also gossiping with their favourite artiste while tucking in delicious seafood dishes.
We heard some new updates on Dayang Nurfaizah new album: She has co-written one of the songs in the album!
There will be a remake of an old hit in Sayang. Mulanya Di Sini (originally made popular by Freedom) will be getting a dance treatment from Dayang Nurfaizah. Wow! We can't wait! Heheh!
Bob and Adi were also invited.

I really love this mash up. Dayang can rock! The violin emsemble is perfect! Unfortunately Adi's voice was not up to par because of sore throat and cough. I was cringing when he couldn't hit that note! But I'm sure he did his best!

Dayang and Adi rocked the house with a mash-up of Dua Insan Bercinta (Ella) & Enter Sandman (Metallica). Pertama kali saya tengok Dayang nyanyi lagi rock! Best!
It was a nerve-wrecking night! We didn't expect Adi to get the lowest mark (9) from the public judges. We think the public judges know nuts. Anyway, we are glad that Adi managed to pull through!
In next week's show, Adi will be battling 3 other proteges, including his sister, Ila. Two songs - one solo and one duet with his mentor, the ever-charming, Dayang Nurfaizah!
We heard the duet song between Adi and Dayang Nurfaizah will be a hot surprise. Dayang has never sing that song. It's not even in Dayang's genre.
Wow! What song could it be? We can't wait!

These photo was released in Dayang Nurfaizah FaceBook Fan Page recently. They were taken on the location of the video shoot for Liang feat. Dayang Nurfaizah Lil Secret in a gym in SS2.
We heard that the video shoot was got really hot and steamy because the owner of the gym had turned off the most of air-con in the gym. I am sure that place reeked of sweat smell and testosterone by the time everything was over. That's not a way to treat your guests la...LOL!
Anyway, check out Dayang Nurfaizah's brass knuckles hanging down her neck? Fierce eh?
Dayang told me that she played the manager of a boxer which is played by Liang for the video.
Amboi....Dah jadi Mentor, now manager plak. Hebat nih!
And that also explain why Dayang was in the men's locker room...Heheh!
Incidently I also met with Liang when I attended a Charity Walkathon where Liang was MC-ing last Sunday.
Liang told me that he is quite please with the video shoot even though it ended like 5am in the morning! He added that we shall be able to see the finish product in about a month’s time. (Insert excite squeal here!)
The making of the video will be aired on Astro Hitz.tv. We will keep you posted on this one.
