“Advertlets Presents “Cats And Dogs : The Revenge Of Kitty Galore”

This is my official entry for a blogging contest by ADVERTLETS for Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore 3D Movie.

Hey! This is my blog and I can do what ever I want to. (Insert eveil laugh here - Muahahahah!)

Anyway, FYI, Dayang Nurfaizah is also a cat lover. She told me that she has to give away her cats to her friend because she doesn't have time to take care of them due to her hectic schedule. :(

Fun eh? Now let's back to the blogging contest...

Since I don't have pet on my own because I live in an apartment, I want to take you all to a place where helpless strays, abandon and abused animals are given shelter, care and love. The place is Noah's Ark Natural Animal Sanctuary in Pekan Nenas.

I have just visited the place not long ago with some animal lover friends.



The shelter was built in a 10 acres land in Pekan Nenas, complete with lotus pond, fruit trees and a resort like settings. Most of the dogs are free roaming. The cats are kept in the cattery like this.



The shelter houses over 1000 animals - abused, abandoned, strays etc. That's 1000 mouths to feed everyday!



We certainly have had a fun time chilling out with the animals in the shelter. They have a lot of warm fuzzy love to offer. We were greeted with unconditional love...and some overwhelming sniffing, rubbing and licking too! LOL!

For the blogging contest we have to answer two questions:

1) Which is your choice of pet...cat or dog? kitten or pup? Tell us why?

Answer: Personally I prefer cat. I think they are cool and collected. They don't do go jumping and get their paws all over you. Just like myself...cool and collected.

2) Why you want to watch the movie.

Answer: Because it's simply an a-meow-zing and woof-derful movie for animal lover like me. Hahah!

Sharing is caring. We could heard something from the cats and dogs here in NANAS.

Apart from cats, Noah's Ark also provide shelters for abandoned and stray dogs and puppies.

The owner told us that Noah's Ark also houses Human stray (!) as well. Hahah! I think he was joking. :)

Check out the video of the Pussy Parlour. Yes...Don't laugh! It's the actual name given by the owner of the place. The Pussy Parlour is a place where some 500 cats are housed. They are free to roam in the two storey wooden house. The cat food are free flow and the place is kept spotless by a dedicated worker. This is cat heaven if you were to ask me. :D

BTW, that's my friend, Marianne in the video. I hope she doesn't kill me when she find out I have posted this vid for a contest! LOL!



As you can see in the video, some of the cats get along VERY WELL with a few dogs in the shelter - just like some of the cats and dogs featured in the Cats & Dogs movie where they join forces to battle the evil Kitty Galore. This is one of the reasons I wanted to watch the movie Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore.

The animals there really need your help. Many of the animals with Noah's Ark are strays; sometimes they are sick and in need of special diets and treatment for an illness, and that, coupled with long-term food and shelter, is cost-intensive.

These animals are extra special indeed and they need your help to provide for them. The fund used to run the place is solely from public donation.
